THE STUDIO
Established in 2008 Metro Sound Studio offers the very best in guitar tuition. As a licensed RGT exam venue students can take recognized qualifictions in asociation with the London College of Music or just learn for fun!
All lessons are taught on a one to one basis in a comfortable enviroment with a waiting area for family and friends.
The studio is based in Swalwell just 5 minutes from the MetroCentre, free parking is available.
OUR EQUIPMENT
All guitars, amps, effects, leads, plectrums, tuners and handouts are provided at the studio during lessons
Tutors
Joe Pinder
Joe Pinder is the main guitar tutor at Metro Sound Studio. As a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors, he has many years of experience teaching students of all ages and levels.
In addition to teaching, Joe performs regularly across the UK and internationally and has been featured in Guitar Techniques magazine.
Danny Pinder
Danny is the specialist bass tutor at the studio and also teaches guitar and ukulele. He has performed nationally and internationally with a range of bands and artists and continues to perform regularly across the country.
Danny is fully RGT qualified and holds a BMus in Jazz, Popular & Commercial Music, a Masters in Music Composition, and a PGCE in Adult and Young People Learning.
All teachers have full CRB (DBS) checks
